1. Accepted Terms

By using the Elanext platform, you fully accept all terms and policies contained in this document. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the platform and its services.

2. Scope of Service and Changes

Our platform provides services for cleaning, formatting, editing data files in Excel and CSV formats, and offering AI-based sectoral analyses. We reserve the right to modify or suspend the scope, features, or pricing of services without prior notice.

3. Data Security and Local Processing

In the Elanext free cleaning tool, your data is not uploaded to our servers. All data processing operations happen directly on the user's web browser locally (client-side). This technically guarantees your data privacy at 100%.

4. User Responsibilities

Users commit that the content of the files they upload complies with the law and does not contain copyright or trade secret violations. Uploading malicious files containing harmful codes or intended to damage the system is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including the Elanext interface design, logo, original code libraries used, brand name, and system prompts, belong to the platform owners. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

6. Automated System Liability and AI Disclaimer

All analyses, predictions, and recommendations provided under this service are generated by automated systems. The service provider makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the results. The user agrees to independently evaluate and verify the outputs provided. The service provider is not liable for any damages arising from commercial, financial, operational, or other decisions made in reliance on this service.
