Refund Policy

Elanext's Başlangıç and Pro subscription plans fall under the category of 'services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer' pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts issued under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers in Turkey. Once a subscription period is activated, the amount paid for that period is legally exempt from the right of withdrawal and is non-refundable, whether the included usage is consumed or not. The free trial analysis rights granted at signup are not paid for and are therefore not subject to this article.

You can cancel your subscription at any time: • A cancellation request is processed once it reaches our support team; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • No partial (pro-rata) refund is issued for a period that has already begun — auto-renewal is simply stopped at the end of the period. • Requests to upgrade or downgrade plans are handled the same way — just contact our support team.

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund amount to reflect in your account can vary between 3 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider's processing times.
